Dave and I walked over to the Los Compadres Taco Truck (Spear and Folsom, San Francisco, CA) where I got myself the three taco plate. I got them one each with carne asada, carnitas, and al pastor.

We walked across the street and ate them on the Embarcadero.

When I got home, Tina suggested we go to Ringerhut (1072 Saratoga Ave, San Jose, CA‎ - (408) 554-0877‎) for dinner. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen (without ginger).

I also ordered Kakuni (fatty pork, egg, and daikon).

And the potato croquettes.

  • Been really busy with work and preparing for the move. Just watched the Check, Please! clip. I, like those who tried the taco truck, really liked it - but I think I had the better location (next to the Bay). Man, that pediatrician is loud and (a little scary).

  • Okay, this is horrible, but I found out today that I didn't eat from El Tonayense Taco Truck! Instead it was the Los Compadres Taco Truck. I'm so sorry! Maybe, I'll get a chance to try El Tonayense before I leave.
