What I Ate: March 19, 2009 (Los Compadres Taco Truck, Ringerhut)

Dave and I walked over to the Los Compadres Taco Truck (Spear and Folsom, San Francisco, CA) where I got myself the three taco plate. I got them one each with carne asada, carnitas, and al pastor.
We walked across the street and ate them on the Embarcadero.
When I got home, Tina suggested we go to Ringerhut (1072 Saratoga Ave, San Jose, CA - (408) 554-0877) for dinner. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen (without ginger).
I also ordered Kakuni (fatty pork, egg, and daikon).
And the potato croquettes.

Believe it or not…that Taco truck company (They've got 6 trucks) was also reviewed on "Check, Please! Bay Area."

Been really busy with work and preparing for the move. Just watched the Check, Please! clip. I, like those who tried the taco truck, really liked it - but I think I had the better location (next to the Bay). Man, that pediatrician is loud and (a little scary).

Okay, this is horrible, but I found out today that I didn't eat from El Tonayense Taco Truck! Instead it was the Los Compadres Taco Truck. I'm so sorry! Maybe, I'll get a chance to try El Tonayense before I leave.
