Dinner: Tina cooked a green bell pepper, dried bean curd, and pork (Berkshire loin) stir-fry.

We ate that with leftover vegetable biriyani and sauteed broccoli rabe.

Lunch: I cooked a Coyote Creek Farm egg in a hole I cut in a slice of olive oil and rosemary bread.

Then, I gave it to Tina to eat while I dined on my own egg (cooked over easy) along with leftovers (chicken marsala, capellini, and okra.
