Photo of the Day: Guacamole

Several months back, I made a batch of guacamole based on directions I received from Burr, one of the readers of and occasional contributors to Cooking For Engineers. I photographed each of the ingredients and steps… which reminds me, I need to find out if I can publish the recipe. Here's the final shot from that set.

  • *gasp* Is that bacon on the top there? If it is…that's flippin' brilliant. *laughs*

  • I think that's a tomato chunk… but now that you've mentioned bacon - that WOULD be brilliant! Oh, I am totally doing that next time!

  • mmmm…. I love avocados and guacamole. I think bacon would be awesome with it too! I already eat avocado and ham salad.

  • A BLT+A is common enough…man…and that guac recipe looks delicious. Do what you can to get the recipe!
