  • Do you make the crepes? Can you buy them already made? what brand? What do you saute the (fresh)?spinach in?& what is Cholula sauce? thanks

  • I make the crepes by whisking milk (220 g), flour (115 g), and eggs (4 large - about 200 g) together and cooking about 1/3-1/2 cup portions in a non-stick pan one at a time.

The spinach was sauteed simply in olive oil with some salt sprinkled on.

Cholula sauce is a popular brand of Mexican hot sauce. Tina and I both find the flavor of Cholula brand sauce to be very appealing as hot sauces go.
