Dinner: We took my father-in-law out trailer hopping to have him experience some of our favorite food trucks in Austin. We started with the beef tongue at Not Your Mama's Food Truck (2209 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, TX, 78704).

Korean Fried Chicken Sliders also from Not Your Mama's:

Then we drove over to South Lamar for The Odd Duck Farm to Trailer (1219 South Lamar Boulevard, Austin, TX (512) 695-6922) where we picked up a pork belly slider, grilled quail, and zucchini and squash salad.
