What I Ate: October 8, 2010

Dinner: I picked up a rotisserie chicken from Costco as well as a box of organic baby spinach which I sauteed with some olive oil and salt. I then made crepes which we wrapped the chicken and spinach in for dinner.

Later, I cut up a giant mango (it was the size of a pomelo!) which turned out to be sweet, strongly mango flavored, and mostly fiberless.

It's hard to tell from this picture how big the mango chunks are (this all came from one mango) unless you compare to the size of the fork. That's a full-size dinner fork.

Here's a shot of just the pit. It looks a little nasty since it's sitting in a chicken carcass, but it does show that the mango was almost the size of the chicken.
