Lunch: A Kiolbassa brand smoked sausage

Dinner: Sous vide pork chop (60°C) seasoned with smoked salt and dried rosemary. The pork chop was served with grilled corn and sauteed broccoli and garlic.

I actually at it with a fried egg on top. Prior to frying, the egg was cooked in a 63°C water bath while vacuum sealed in a bag with some applewood smoked salt to see if any of the flavor could penetrate the shell. It does not, but the egg is good on the pork chop.
