Lunch: Tina cooked pasta with collard greens and jalapeno sausage.

Dinner: We tried Madam Mam's (4514 West Gate Boulevard, Austin, TX‎ - (512) 899-8525‎) again and found the food too sweet for our taste (again).

We started with Spring Rolls which were not easy to eat because the filling was so loosely packed.

Som Tum (Papaya Salad). This was the one dish we expected to be sweet and it was, but overall the green shredded papaya had almost no flavor and mostly contributed a crispy texture.

Mam's Special Keow Wan Beef Curry was pleasantly spicy and the beef was remarkably tender, but the dish had too little eggplant and had a little too much sugar.

Pad Sea-Ew (Pork) was a little sweet and a bit too salty.
