Dinner: We headed over to Rio's Brazilian Cafe (408 N. Pleasant Valley, Austin, TX - (512) 828-6617) to see their new location and try some of their food. We ate a variety of foods ranging from salgadinhos (Brazilian savory pastries) to "Brazilian Breakfast Pockets" to Pão de queijo (a gluten-free Brazilian cheese bread made of yucca root).

Risoli de Frango (pastries stuffed with chicken and vegetables) and Brazilian Breakfast Pockets (two kinds: pastry filled with bacon, eggs, and cheese and pastry filled with potato, eggs, cheese, bell peppers, and tomatoes)
Rio's Brazilian Cafe - Risoli de Frango (Savory Chicken Pastry) and

Brazilian Cheese Breads - Original, Basil, and Roasted Red Pepper flavored (made of yucca root and Parmesan cheese)
Rio's Brazilian Cafe - Pao de queijo (Brazilian Cheese Breads)

We really enjoyed the food at Rio's and will definitely eat it in the future. They are at the 5th and Guadalupe Farmer's Market, so if we ever make it there (have to find a weekend where we both wake up early enough and don't have errands scheduled), we'll have to get some of their tasty treats.

Lunch: I cooked a couple eggs over medium and ate them with tater tots.
