One of the pleasures of dining at the Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California is sitting right on the open kitchen and watching the graduate students work.

  • I'm sure there are… but I really can't seem to think of any right now. That would be a great list though - ten open kitchen restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area…

    There is a great open restaurant in Toronto - called perigee in the distillery district… they have since glassed up the kitchen but it's still pure theatre.
